Responsibilities:
- Consulting clients on issues of buying, selling and renting real estate. New buildings and secondary housing.
- Conducting negotiations.
- Selection of real estate properties according to clients’ requests.
- Participation in marketing campaigns and events to promote properties.
- Maintaining a database of clients and real estate properties.
Requirements:
- Experience in the real estate sector is welcome, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
- Responsibility, organization and focus on results.
- Honesty, literate Russian language
